Is this air cleaner correct for a Henry J?

No. The HJ unit has a breather tube attached. This one looks like Willys to me.

The Henry J is a flat head and has a PCV valve.
Without that hose from air cleaner to the oil filler spout, the PCV path is not completed.

Correct. That auction is not a Henry J air cleaner as it does not have the attachment for the PCV hose.
Here's what a 6 cylinder Henry J air cleaner looks like. Note hose (PCV line) connected to it (circled in red).

Here's a listing for the correct Henry J air cleaner. Note the "spout" on it for the PCV hose.
