Post by: rjbruins on August 17, 2017, 04:15:25 AM
I'm currently assembling the front suspension on my Henry J. Can anyone tell me ware to get rubber sway bar bushings. Also need new lower rubber bumpers for the lower A Arms.

First ,I do not know.
Over the years in scrounging parts for my Henry Js, I have developed some habits. The KF designers would lift items as is from other cars. For item,The HJ  shifter is direct from the Chevy  of the same year. I did an ebay search of the sway bar bushings for a 1951 chevy. Looks promising. Of course  you need to check the dimensions carefully.Being a Henry J guy(an extremely exalted state) will require resourcefulness.

They are part number 204358, also used on '49 - '55 Kaiser.  The Kaiser only uses two, the Henry J has four.  Rudy Philips lists repros in his 2017 Catalog for $8 apiece.

I have attached a picture  of some original  ones I have. Compare them the ebay ones as those may work as well.
