Most KF products don't use nuts, they use bolts.  Some very early cars had nuts but not many. Every KF Product I ever worked on had the same lug bolts.  The 1947/48 Parts book list the "nut" 203119 (right hand thread) and 203120 (left hand thread) but has an asterisk by it stating "Some early models" otherwise the lug bolt, listed as "All" models is part number 203121. The 1951 Kaiser parts book and the '51-'53 Henry J parts book lists the same, "lug bolt" 203121.  The parts manuals are online, you can look these things up. http://circlekf.com/login.php

On my unrestored '51 HJ, I have bolts on the rear, but nuts on the front wheels.

Dorman still has a good # for RH replacements that are floating out there. I believe the only difference was they were a whole 1/8" or 1/4"  shorter than the originals. I snatched up the 3 remaining LH in our system last year...not that I needed them, but in case someone else did;-)
