Title: GM Hydramatic transmission colour

Hello,
 
I just purchased a 1954 Willys Ace Deluxe model 6-226 coupled to GM Hydramatic transmission.
The engine turned and all 6 cylinders compression was about 120.

I want to paint the engine silver. Would you please let me know what colour I should paint the transmission .

Also, I would appreciate if you please help me find a windshield washer bottle  for the broken one installed on the car?

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately the frame of this car is in a very bad shape and is not repairable. However, it would be a priceless donor for my project  which has the wrong engine and transmission as well as broken glasses.

 Might be worth a call to Ficken Wiper Service at 631-587-3332. I've gotten what I thought were impossible to find Trico parts from him a couple times.

My "early" '54 transmission was black as well as the inspection plate on the bell housing. Bell housing was engine color.
