Nice one.  Maybe pried a little considering the condition of the chrome.

This seller is not ready to sell but has the spare time to write Craig’s list ads

Many reasons - fishing, put a line in sometimes you sell it way overpriced. Since CL ads are free, you might as well.

This seller has not done any research. Calls the S/C a turbo.  Tries to help his potential buyer by saying it's only a Special.

He likes to write ads.

The car is no more than a $4000 car, so he will have it much longer, hence, not ready to sell.

The dash and rear window indicate it is an early '54 Special.   That's what it is.  And no, the early (or late for that matter) '54 Special did  not have a super charger...  or a turbo charger.

No mention was made of the twelve volt alternator and the aftermarket AC.

It looks like the whole body has been lowered.

Maybe my comments are too harsh.  It's still a nice car I think but on all forums I have visited, there have been cars posted that are way over priced and to me and some other forum members - the reason is greed.  I am just kind of sick of greed as part of the hobby.

So I apologize.

I do have a question for the Fid's and other experts.  The inside of the trunk is painted the color of the top and I see that color in the tire well.  Was this car likely repainted from an all green color?  Or am I missing a KF manufacturing method?

I have seen a lot of Ivory and Green 53's and 54's.

Kind of yes - and with the aftermarket A/C and alternator it makes one wonder, making personal inspection crucial.  I don't see any of us truly interested in this car, so we will never know for sure.

It may just be angle of the photos or some suspension-failed item like the shocks.
