Title: Another Darrin gone!!!

I just returned from a shop in Monrovia where I ran into  Brad Beutlier and ex club member who owned the pictured Darrin for 20 + years and sold last year to some one in the Ukraine for 130k.    I don't know what number it is but he should be listed in an old Darrin Registry.

He said he just stopped driving it (which he did quite a bit and I saw it periodically over the 26 years I work in Monrovia) and didn't like it sitting there.

It's a shame but what are you going to do???

Adding 3 Darrins to the list of restored cars soon. 2 chassis’s waiting for bodies and one body almost done. Also waiting for one engine to be finished. A lot of work but having fun doing them.
Heading from Arizona to Chicago tomorrow taking a Darrin with me to enjoy and take to the Kaiser convention in Tennessee.
