Title: bumper sticker
Post by: bustidwing on September 06, 2018, 07:56:06 AM
Hey all, I have a bumper tag/registration on my car, It reads PMTC PT MUGO...I traced it to an Air Force Military base in California? An ex missile base I believe,, Any force veterans in the forum that may have owned a Kaiser on that base back in the day?

Actually,  the sticker probably reads PMTC Pt Mugu.  PMTC Pt Mugu was the Pacific Missile Test Center Point Mugu  - a Navy installation in Ventura County, California.  It is now part of the Naval Air Warfare Center which includes China Lake.  China Lake is the land test range, and Pt. Mugu is home to the sea test range.
