That's only about an hour and a half from me. If the interior is nice and any if the chrome is good that could really help me get my car back together but that price seems a bit high.

That color appears to be Lambswool Cream which is a K-F color but not very common.  It looks like it would be well worth checking it out as with that low mileage it could be a really desirable original that could not be duplicated for that price.

If Interior Good, Runs Good, Rare Unique Color, You could not Restor it For $ 8,000.

Kaiser's and Frazer's shared the same body colors but the Frazers had the choice of blue, maroon or green cloth interiors while all Kaisers used the same color of brown.  The body color number for Lambswool Cream is 789 and they had "Alpine Rust" colored stripes on the wheels according to the 1948 Kaiser data book.
