Title: Wanted hood ornament and lh hood hinge

I am in search of a 52 Henry J Corsair hood ornament, I found a reproduction on eBay but I’m not sure if it is correct for a 52.  Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

If your '52 is a Corsair or Corsair Deluxe, this is the correct hood ornament for it.  Be aware that the '52 Kaiser hood ornament is the same only larger.  Believe the Kaiser version is around 21" long. I don't know how long the HJ version is because I never had an opportunity to measure one but the other HJ ornaments are around 16" long.  A good rule of thumb when it comes to Henry J parts is never trust what an ebay seller says something is because in most cases they don't know. It's best to come on here and ask before you spend a lot of money.

Very nice example Custom!   It's been my experience (and only that) that of the four versions of HJ hood ornaments, this one (1952 Corsair/Corsair Deluxe) is the most difficult one to find.

...and fairly priced as well (IMHO...but what do I know)!   ;D
