Joe Frazer and Graham Paige Motors Corp. started advertising a new postwar car in late 1943 in magazines and there are about twenty different ads unique to the Frazer until November 1945 when Kaiser and Frazer joined together to form Kaiser Frazer Corp. The pre production Frazer with the painted grill was used in advertising by Spicer as late as January 1947 and that was also the date that K-F started using four bumper guards in the front giving the cars a completely different look. Studying the ads show seldom used features like different color wheels in 1947 as well as two toning which did not actually appear until the introduction of the Manhattan. The ads can be confusing and are not to be taken as absolute accuracy in the production of the cars. The hundreds of K-F ads used over a thirteen year period are very interesting to compare the features of the cars as early as 76 years ago.

Here is an ad from about 1948 that my grandfather ran in the Jacksonville Florida newspaper to advertise his dealership

Too bad the photo is blury; I don't have much info on dealers in the Jacksonville FL sales territory.

I have the actual clipping and a couple of others. I’ve also got color home movies that has his showroom in it. He was in business from about 1948 to 1950. Unfortunately he lost everything he owned trying to save the business.

Here's a picture of Triangle Motors that I found on the HAMB board a while ago.

That was one of three lots he owned. He sold that lot and built a showroom on Main St. Here is a photo someone sent me of it. In the moving pictures I have of it it says Triangle Motors but in this photo it says something different. I take it that this photo was made after he went bankrupt. But nonetheless that the KF showroom he built. They called it Triangle because he and two others were equal owners.
Here is a better shot of the ad
