Hey all,
Just needing a little help here. hearing from more than a few people that my little rust bucket here is a smidge on the uncommon side. Anyone out there have other examples of a 1951 Kaiser 2 Door Sedan without over drive thats not a special order? This would be TR code 2 and nothing under Spec-Fo. Here is a pic of my data plate if anyone is curious.
Thanks for any and all data.

Overdrive was an option and although it was very popular not all of the cars had it, just like radios and heaters.

Kaiser-Frazer production statistics in the Operating Reports indicate that between start of Kaiser Deluxe 2-door sedan production and October 31, 1950 less than 3% of the models built to that point were equipped with 3-speed manual, no overdrive. Unfortunately my Photo Viewer could not open the file so I can't place the production month.
While overdrive was considered a required option on Kaiser Deluxe models in the 1951 model year, dealers could order without if they wanted to.
