My son and I are finally getting back to work on our 48 Kaiser. Who would be a good source for oil pan gasket, rear main seal and clutch? Is there a front main seal that we should also do since we’ll already be in that far?

Two different clutch assemblies were used in KF cars, three spring and a nine spring units. You'll need to know what's in the car now and try to match to that for best performance. The cover assembly (the part with the aforementioned springs) and the clutch disc are a set so match new to your old.
Attached are pictures showing the difference.
The clutch parts are available on ebay and thru KF club vendors. A quick look on ebay and I found the pan gasket and seals as well - for these make sure to buy new, not NOS. Older gaskets shrink and dry out making them prone to leaks.

It’s definitely the bottom picture you posted. I remember from when I had the motor out before.
