Where is a good place to get a rebuilt fuel pump for unleaded gas for a 1948 Frazer? There are many NOS units for sale and kits too but I would think that they would not work for long.

You are looking for either a rebuilder or rebuild kit that uses neopreme seals rather than cork or rubber gaskets. Check with any of the following members to see what they recommend
Adam Harder
Larry Barker
Dale Hammon
Randy Sargent
You bring up a good point not only for Frazer Fuel Pumps but also for any other make of pre-1975 model year non-fuel injection fuel systems. The current level of 10% ethanol does a lot of damage but the proposed increase to 15% pushed by the farm lobby and the ethanol industry will not only make things worse it will be more corrosive than existing engines can stand unless they are flex fuel motors (they can take up to 85% or at least their specs. say so).

Then and Now Automotive in Mass. Did an excellent job rebuilding my fuel pump for me. Highly recommend.
Google them.

Same here with my Aero pump. Even installed new check valves & springs. Looked like a brand new pump when they were done.

Thanks guys, I will call them in the morning. Well, I tried for a week to get them to answer their phone, return a message or answer an email. They must have closed down for the duration!

Bought a brand new action fuel pump for my '47 Frazer at my local NAPA store. Part #B-0088-P, about $150- $175.

Ok as long as the rebuilder used neopphreme rather than rubbewr gaskets and seals.
