Is there a source for carpet kits for a. 48 Kaiser? If not, what are my options?
-
Surely someone has replaced carpet in an early car? I am a carpet installer by trade but that’s quite different from installing carpet in a car.
-
You may want to contact Adam Harder (Manufacturing Fund) for ideas.
-
Can someone point to any pics of what it would look like?

Unless your 1948 Kaiser is a rare Custom your car should have an all rubber floor mats that is available from our KFOCI Manufacturing Fund and a list of available parts and accessories and floor mats from them is included in our monthly Bulletins. If you want carpet contact any auto upholstery shop and they can make one up in any color that you want. Only the back floor had carpets originally.

I wasn’t aware of that. My car had carpet in it. I guess my dad or grandfather must have put it in at some point. So then I guess my question is the manufacturing fund lists only front floor mat kit. What about the rear.
