Title: H78-15 tires for 1953 Kaiser Manhattan?

Has anyone tried H78-15 tires on their Kaiser?  I realize this is several sizes larger tha the factory tire but wondering if anyone's tried these.

H78 converts to metric 225 - I had a set of these on my 53K and my observations...they were hard to install/remove from the rear wheels due to their width and the front wheels rubbed against the chassis in a hard turn.
