It is the small version for a Henry J. Chrome is pitted and the plastic barrel has yellowed. $75 plus shipping.

Okay, thanks Les.  Looking for the full size one...didn't realize that was the smaller Henry J version.

Fairly common issue.  For 1951 and 1952, the Henry J hood ornament was a scaled down version of the respective Kaiser ornament. Sooooo, sometimes you see them advertised incorrectly on ebay.
Good rule of thumb - the Henry J versions are around 16" tip to tip whereas the Kaiser ones are approx 21" tip to tip.
Also you can usually tell by the proportion size of the base to the rest - the Kaiser versions are little longer but you'd have to be very familiar with them to pick that up.

What are the dark blue OWNER'S INSTRUCTION BOOK? Are they for a certain year? Also the small red/burgundy Kaiser book, what are those?

The smaller instruction books are owners manuals for the 1947-48 Kaiser and Frazer cars.
