Title: Heater switch wiring??

I have this heater that I was told is from a 49 - 50 Kaiser.  There are 4 wires coming from the heater blower motor.   I would like to know how to wire this up for it to work.  I have checked CircleKF and it was no help.  It shows only two wires coming from the blower.

Is there someone out there that can make sense of this to me???
