Red Sail is a lacquer, code #156.  Contact your PPG jobber and ask them to contact the PPG Color Library for current mixing formula.   While PPG was not the supplier to Willys Motors on this color (Rinshed Mason was) there is an old listing for a PPG number.  Their computer spectrometer will scan an original chip to get current mixing formula.
