Got this email today with just what's reproduced below. I know nothing more about the car or where it is located.

I have a kaiser/frazer that i want to get rid of. It says Manhattan on the side and over all is in poor condition. All original but has been exposed to elements  and paint is gone as well as floor pans no doubt. Would you be interested in such a vehicle?
