Title: The 1949 on ebay
Post by: Fid on August 06, 2011, 09:30:17 AM
It's always easy to spot the novices as they call the cars "Kaiser-Frazers", or more often "Kaiser-Frazier" or "Kaiser-Fraser."
Anyway, I like the color on this one -

It has some 1947/48 inside door push buttons on it and a Buick "Special" script in the trunk. Might be a good buy for the money if someone just wants something to tool around in. The old slab-siders are great riding cars and fun to drive to be sure.  Hope it finds a good home.

The car sold for $2150 - I don't see how you could go wrong for that price. If nothing else it's inexpensive transportation.

That's nice. An inexpensive way to get into the hobby.   That Buick Special emblem looks like a 54 version.  Don't forget a club member in Michigan has a 47,000 mile Frazer Manhattan for $1800 obo.
