Title: cleaning bambu vinyl
Post by: PK5321 on August 25, 2011, 01:39:47 PM
The light ivory colored bambu vinyl in my car is discoloured and has some brown stains that seem to be embedded right into the vinyl.  Is there any time of cleaner that might remove some of the discoloration?  Vinyl cleaners don't seem to do it.

Use Westley's Bleach White tire cleaner. The Bambu in my 53 was blotchy and the cleaner did the trick. Use it sparingly and work in with a soft brush. Wipe off with a wet towel.

Try some of the "Tannery" it is a leather cleaner and if that doesn't work try some Mr Bubbles.  Some of the guys in the Professional Car Society said it works well. Just a thought
