of the hole in the firewall that the wiring harness is supposed to go through. I have looked all over the internet and can't find one. Or maybe someone can describe it accurately for me.

Sorry, once again I forgot to state that it's a '48 Kaiser. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Does anyone know if the harness on my '48 should come through the same area as in the pics above?

Here's a pic of the wiring harness as it passes thru the firewall on my 47K. Your 48 is essentially the same.

O.K. so that oval area that it goes through is probably not a type of grommet that's going to be easy to find I bet. I tried Rudy but he only has used ones in poor shape. Anybody know where I can find one? I'd really like to get started installing this harness.

Kory, I sent you a grommet for the wiring harness opening in the fire wall. It is plyable but has a small crack in it which I think can be fixed with some black windshield cement. Don C
