Title: Allstate generator

    Looking for an Autolite generator or armature in good condition for '52 Allstate. Also, still looking for center grill medallion for Allstate.

John do you know the number of the generator you are needing.  It would be of some help.

The Autolite generator used in the Henry J (both 4 and 6 cylinder cars) is GDZ-6001E. I've had two rebuilt recently, most auto electric places can rebuild them. Sometimes a good cleaning of the commutator end and new brushes will fix them. The brush set is  NAPA ECH A432.

      Thanks for response fellas. I should have updated. Local alt. and S. shop was able to get a new armature and re-built the gen. Works well now and hopefully for  many years to come.
