Title: fueltank sending unit

 Hi somewhere on this forum I read that you can use a Ford fueltank sending unit on a 51-54 Kaiser but I cant find the post,could someone please inform me what year the Ford unit is that will interchange.Thanks.

Best I can remember. the "Ford" reference was for the float, not the entire sender.  Again, my recollection which could be wrong.  Larry Barker in the KF club has the entire sending units.

I would check before bidding or buy it now to be sure the initial problems with the unit were resolved. I had ordered one but then was asked to return it and after that I just had my old one rebuilt.

The issue we had with the first batch of sending units has been resolved as the manufacturer has corrected the problem.
