It may be a '54 early special (reserialed 1953) Ace. 1954 bumper guards, dashboard and early '54 steering wheel hub. It also has a 3-piece rear window. The serial number will be in the 5000 range instead of 10000. That could mean one of two possibilities: If the serial is 654-MB1 5xxx then it's one of 9 built (I think this VIN is for some prototypes). If the serial is 654-MB2 5xxx, then it's one of the 611 1953's that were converted to 1954's.
