Title: 48 kaiser special dash knob question

what are the brown round knob and chome switch for under the dash to the left of the steering wheel for
also what are the pull out knobs T,H, and V for
and finally what are the two chrome knobs on top of the dash at the windshield used for

Thanks custom but what is the chrome switch that goes left to right it's not in the attachment

 the knobs under dash are T throttle  H  heater V  vent   the chrome knobs on the top of dash are left windshield wipers  left defroster     Don C.
