From what I can recall:   the old 6.70 X 15 = 205 75 15  and the old 7.10 X 15 = 215 75 15  anything larger and one would run into tire rubbing when turning the front wheels.

I put 7.10x15 white walls on mine and love them.

I'M running Goodyear235-75-15s on my 53 Dragon and have no problem, rides like a dream, Looking forward to driving it to the Puyallup Wa 611 miles. The Dragon is the all vinyl Green and was the first to get a SMS interior. 26 yards of tuck and roll as factory. the car now has 186 miles on it.

Just for a point of reference...what did the 26 yards cover?

26 yards of bamboo and boucle covered head liner doors dash and tuck & roll seats and trunk in the all vinyl Dragon. after working with the old material in various Kaisers i'll stick to the repro matl. I had 1 yard of Boucle left over and ZILCH on the Green Bambo

JIM, DID YOU DO THE DOOR PANELS,KICK PANELS ,GLOVE BOXPACKAGE TRAY ,DASH BOARD,SEAT INSERTS, PACKAGE TRAY,TRUNK PANELING AND WIND LACING ? THATS WHERE THE DIFFERENCE IS, MI dRAGON HAS ALL TUCK AND ROLL WHERE APPLICABLE PER FACTORY AND THE BAMBOO TUCK N' ROLL TAKES 1/3 MORE MATERIAL. I SAW YOUR CAR AT Klamath falls ,great job.

I agree Dragons and Manhattans are very different.  My door panels were done, head liner and seats.  I did do my kickpanels as that cardboard is impossible.  Glove box is car board not lined with bamboo, Trunk is cardboard not lined with bamboo.  Package Tray is painted as well.
