The bumpers appear to be painted silver rather than being chrome plated.

Looks like a blue Kaiser (51 ?) can be seen in the background on some pictures... don't know if it's going to be for sale too..

It's a '51 Henry J with '52-'54 style tail lights. A common modification. Yes, the bumpers are painted. It will be interesting to see what it sells for.

The interior's all wrong, etc, etc. to make it worse, it appears like it might be in a museum.

If you want something original, run as far as you can away from this car.  If you want a driver and don't care if it's factory correct this might be worth looking at, but be sure to bring a mechanic if you're not one.  Who knows when this was driven last?

Often the worst cars are the "Museum" cars. It's true they are not ever driven and usually not maintained. I'm always leary when I see the term "Museum car."  But there are a lot of folks who don't care about originality or authenticity and this would probably do them just fine if the price is right.
