I like it!

I read somewhere where the designers took artistic license from the 49-50 Ford when they penned the Aero. If you look at the car, it does resemble a scaled down shoebox Ford.

Nice ride!

Just delivered mine to the paint shop and was relating the shoebox story to the painter who had one out front, the doors look like they'd damn near swap.

According to a K-W and W-O designer (I think it was Art Kibiger), the curvature for the doors from top to bottom was lifted directly from the 1949 Ford.

Nice looking car ! I have always described an Aero to someone that didn't know what they were as a shrunken 49 Ford with Cadillac tail lights...now I know why :)

I've also been told (but cannot verify) that 1949-51 Ford exterior door handles will work on an Aero. I have not tested this theory myself.
