Century made some with a casting number of 2302. They have small stud holes for use with hubs that have had the swedges cut down flush to the hubs, don't know where you'd find them.
I bought a set that were listed as being for postal jeeps and I think (maybe) IH Scout. The date range on the postal jeep was fairly modern. The DJ3A Surrey 2 wheel drive jeep takes the same drum, or hub/drum assembly but hub/drum assemblies are definitely a very long shot. You're best bet will likely be replacement drums with small stud holes.
