Title: Henry J on the street in Sheridan, WY

It even has continental kit on it.  The page says it's "Sheridan, Wyoming in the 1950s" but the Ford Falcon station wagon in the foreground indicates it is likely later. Of course if the 1960 Ford Falcon was on sale in the fall of '59 then it could be 1959.
