The show stopper here is the windshield. It and the gasket are almost unobtainium.

When did they stop making Willys?  1955?

The last US built cars were 1955 models but the design lived on with updates thru 1970ish in Brazil as the Aero Willys, the 2600 and the fancier Itamaraty (pronounced itamarachee).

In Brazil, Willys do Brasil also made a limousine from the Itamaraty called the Executivo: 2 1966 Executivos made, and 19 '67's. There were also 6 uplevel Executivo Presidentials made in 1967. They were discontinued when Ford bought Willys do Brasil in 1967.

Check the shift pattern on the shift knob.
I didn't know they had 4 speed transmissions.
