Wow, it has a '49 Kaiser steering wheel. Looks like the front edge of the hood suffers from that common malady of rust you see on so many '51s.  Still a restorable car in my opinion.

Yes a restorable car, not a survivor class car for $6500.   This would be a nice $1000 car so the seller would be insulted, and it will sit and continue to get run down.
