Title: HJ without vin plate

Still helping my friend's daughter sell the 5 HJ's. One is finished but the vin tag is not on the door frame. What are your opinions about selling this car, how likely is someone willing to buy it?

someone who plans on making it a DRAG car will...
no need lic tags , plates or title for them STRIP only cars... 8)

See if his state DMV will accept the engine number as the ID.
That was common in some states many years ago.

Does she have any paperwork for the car? If so what numbers are on it? It might have been registered with the engine number to begin with.

Thanks, I will ask about paperwork. Someone said to look under the steering box on the frame as they is a vin number stamped on there.
