Title: HJ parts as a sticky

Would it be possible to make a sticky for parts? The list that is available has many parts that are obsolete. Only the admin would be able to post on it, thanks.

A sticky, in forum-speak, would be a subject thread that is permanently at the top of the category. The "Membership Information" and "Information all K-F owners should have" threads in the General category are stickies, for example.
