These are '51 Kaiser hubcaps.  I will defer that to someone who knows for sure (joefrazer) but I believe the '48s used the same rims so these caps should fit.  I got an NOS set for my Kaiser Special last Oct and was tickled to get them.

Yes, the caps will fit a 48, however, they are actually for a 51K.

Brian, the shipping will be 23$ US(31 Canadian $) so total will be 63US $.
