General Discussion / Re: Dealership not listed in handbook.

When trying to view this image it requires giving a lot of personal information to an unknown site.  Is there a way to just show the image?

I (repeatedly, frustratingly) tried to attach the photo here, but I kept getting a blank screen after I clicked "post".
If you can't easily view it in FLICKER, can you see it in IMGUR without needing to create an account?

The postcard at the flickr link below depicts an additional dealership.  It was owned by my friend's father, George Rice.  The location was the small town of Benzonia Michigan.  According to my friend, the dealership lasted a couple of years.  Of the buildings in the postcard, only the building with the curved roof remains, it is now the convenience store for the Mobil station (790 Michigan Ave, Benzonia, MI).

Anyone have a suggested brand and "model" car cover for a Manhattan?   I bought a cheap one a few years ago.  It fits tight/awkwardly around the mirrors and I had to cut a whole out of the cover for the antenna.  I want to replace it with something that fits better.

While some books state the difference between A-5 and A-7 is heat retention more than higher temperature spark, I did notice that when I switched plugs from J-8 to A-5 in the Business Coupe and the 1952 Kaiser later deLuxe, the temperature gauge indicated the engine was running a bit cooler with the A-5.

What currently available plug is equivalent to the Auto Lite A-5?

That photo is from Carrell Speedway, in Gardena CA, probably from 1949.

The photo is also from this web site:
