Kaiser Forum / Touch Up Paint

I have a 1952 Henry J Vagabond and have a few places to touch up. Under the hood is the paint code. Can I use this code to match up the paint or does anyone have a better suggestion. Thanks.

I believed I have purchased all the OD transmission parts I will need to install an OD transmission except for the OD relay. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can purchase one? Thanks.

Henry J & Allstate Forum / Another Overdrive Transmission

I am purchasing a 1952 Henry J Vagabond with a 4 cylinder manual transmission. Currently it does not have an overdrive transmission. I am considering putting in an overdrive transmission. How much will that diminish the performance of the vehicle? What is your opinion, should I change out the transmission and replace it with overdrive? Thank you in advance for your insights.

Is there such a  thing as an overdrive transmission kit that serves as an aftermarket for a Henry J does not have overdrive transmission as standard equipment? If so, where would I find one to purchase? How difficult is it to install? Thanks.

I am very close to purchasing a 1952 Henry J Vagabond from Michigan and having it shipped to Dallas. I am very curious how many members there are in the D/FW area? Henry J & Allstate Forum / Installing Air Conditioning

I am considering purchasing a 1952 Henry J Vagabond. I live in Texas so one of the items one must have leaving in this state is AC. I am trying to determine if the car I would be purchasing operates with a 6 volt battery. I am assuming it probably does. I understand all after market ACs operate with a 12 volt battery. How do you convert the Henry J to operate with a 12 volt battery without burning up gauges and other components in the car? Please walk me through the conversion process. Also, will I need a bigger radiator so the car doesn't overheat when I have the AC installed? Whatever advice you can offer on these issues and perhaps others that I haven't thought of would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all those who choose to respond regarding this topic.
