Thanks Fid, didn't know about the reverse test. Just wasn't sure because it seems like it doesn't have much power when starting out in first.

How can you tell if it is stuck in overdrive and is there a manual way to get it out?

Was told originally from California. Not a stock color, not a stock upholstery. New headliner, new carpets both ordered for this car. Comes with lots of new extra parts. Clear Missouri title. I'm in Savannah Missouri. Interior needs finished installed but have everything needed. Have some new old stock parts plus several new and used parts. Have recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and would really like to sell this so the wife doesn't have to deal with it. Would consider taking any reasonable offer.

Is there a right way to replace the window channel in a 4 door 1948 Frazer Manhattan? I have new ones but don't know how to install them. Any video to show or is it easy to do without?

I have a 1948 Frazer Manhattan that has been repainted a non stock color and they painted 3 of the 4 door window trim the same color and 1 of them are still chrome. Should they all be chrome and if so does anyone know where I can pickup some?

Red 4 door outer body has some dents but no rust through. Both front floorboards are gone to rust. Has engine in it and clear Missouri title. Believe it might run with battery and a little gas. Sell car only or with tons of parts and two additional engines. Bought to get some parts needed for mine and have them off and now want to pass it on to someone else that needs parts or wants to redo a solid body. Asking $1500 for all or $1250 for just the car. Will try to attach pictures but not sure they will I'm in nw Missouri. I can't get the pictures into a format accepted by this site. Please email me and I will send you pictures

Hadn't really looked at this engine until yesterday. It also has the flywheel and clutch attached to it.
