I talked to Neil at 208-412-1323 he is the son of the gentleman selling the car and they also have a couple of Kaisers for parts. The engine is free and turns.  Car is complete and was stored in a shed for 30 years. Looks like a great restoration project. If it was not so far from me I would go get it myself.

I am still looking for a Kaiser or Frazer to restore so I called this gentlemans ad on Spokane Craig's List. He has a 48 Frazer 4-door that he says is complete but sitting in a field for some years. He only wants $250 so it might be worth that for parts. His phone number is 509-671-1044. I want one that is not so big a project. Hope this is helpful to someone.
