I have opened the cover on the gearbox to inspect the gears. no rust was detected and all gears still looking great.
I also serviced the engine. i removed the oil pan to inspect and clean the oil that sludge up in the years. The original lock wires on the mainbearing cap bolts is still attached.So that gives the reason that the engine is still original inside and wasn't repaired. All seemed to be fine

Hi.
I am from South Africa and recently acquire a Frazer sedan. I don't know of any other in Africa as I also received the 1947 Frazer which is waiting for its repairs.
I would like to know more info about these beauties and also where I can acquire parts that is needed.
