I think this car was on the forum buy sell a while back.   It's unusually equipped in a bad way with no power accessories in a big power accessory year.    That was a nice color in 1954, I have a dockside ad with a Manhattan in that color.

I'm thinking that price is a bit high considering the conditions stated.  A stuck motor could be very expensive to tackle.

Arctic White over Blue Comet Metallic is - in my opinion because I have one - the most eye appealing color combination on the 54. This car would benefit from being pulled from the garage and hosed off. I'm sure it would sell.
