Just saw this thread... bit late, but....
Just did my 54 Manhattan.... tried the Willy's Kaiser guys, said pump on 54-60 wagon wouldn't fit... Chris was back ordered on rebuilt units...Using Kaiser Bill's list, looked for NAPA part number which was obsolete according to NAPA... further search found pump with similar part number, 470, at Summit racing.... new..., listed as for Kaiser, but check on fit said no.... Pictures of it and that on Willy's site looked very similar to on on my car...so I ordered the Summit unit, worth a try...
US Motor Works, US470, my cost was around $110, delivered...
Got it, removed old pump (fan very tight to radiator/bolts way tight,.... I was able to get pump off/out with fan attached, not easy).... both pumps "matched". However, in cleaning up block I found a 5th hole around cavity where pump attached, I had only had 4 holes in either pump. I just gooped up the "dead" hole in block with RTV and went back using the new pump, similar to what had come off.
So, you may find a similar bolting deal... as for me, very happy with new pump, over a rebuild, but who knows? Time will tell
Also, tired a universal hose on bottom....not tight enough bend to clear belts.... found a molded lower hose that fit with a bit of trimming on pump end, at O'Rielly's...Gates #22166.
Finally, my car had a dry air filter...couldn't quite match the dimensions on one removed, but found an mid 60's Dodge 6 (slant?) for A100 that came close enough... seems to work. Wix #42011. Some small Fords of similar vintage came close, Wix 42055, but were a tad taller than one removed... so I went with first number...3" tall vs. 3.22" on Ford...
