I know KFParts has the blades, but in a fairly recent search I did it appears RockAuto lists the appropriate wiper arms, or at least, they say they do.

As always with a source like RockAuto, do your due diligence to be sure what you're getting is what you need...be sure of return policy if what they send is inappropriate.
