Is this 47/48 Frazer (or 48 Kaiser Custom)?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1930-1931-1932-1933-1934-1935-1936-1937-1938-BUICK-OVERDRIVE-CABLE-NICE-/220961089729?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item33724ea8c1&vxp=mtr

Been on ebay quite awhile, listed as Buick. Sure looks like the one I had in my '48 Frazer and the one that was in the '48 Custom we had.
Maybe they used the same one? Price seems a bit steep but I suppose if I needed one I might not haggle since you don't see a lot of them.
If anyone knows for sure that it's KF, let us know.

Two types of knobs were used in 47 and 48...a flat style, and this, the round ball style. My parts book, dated 4/48 notes the difference but doesn't note a difference between a Custom and Manhattan. My guess is that, like the Frazer, either would be correct for the Custom. But thats just my guess...
