I know of two - this one and another in Honolulu. The pictured car appears to have started life painted yellow. The Hawaiian car was once white. Whether either were actually repainted at the factory is unknown to me.

There's also a black Darrin that exists. It was in Havana Cuba for many years before being brought back to the US in the 1960s.

My Darrin was originally Yellow but it was also painted Blue before being greatly slathered with bondo, then painted Red.   With the condition of the car, the oblong Door Handle openings and the right door/side breaks with repairs, I believe it was raced.   Many parts are just plain worn out!!!

Since I am unable to replace the door, I need to repair it, area by area.

I believe that this is the car that was owned by SoCal member Gregg Lauffler back in the mid-1980's. It was Edgar's wife's car, if I remember correctly.
