The price guide he cites is a laugh.  Anyone pay $24,000 for a restored 31 condition 53 Manhattan?  I didn't think so.

But my cynicism aside, This would be a decent project at $750.  Did KF have 2 blues around Turquoise in 1953 or am I seeing the car wrong?  It looks Turq. from that front shot but an odd mid blue from the back. 
No old cars owned.

It looks like peac0ck blue to me. I think the way the light is hitting it makes it look different from behind.
