http://www.ebay.com/itm/1954-Other-Makes-Kaiser-Frazer-Manhattan-/391666398820?forcerrptr=true&hash=item5b3122f664:g:zxUAAOSwt5hYaUNg&item=391666398820
Ad says it's a '54 Manhattan. Problem is, it does not have the wrap around rear window, has '52 style tail lights and trunk hinges and '52 interior / dash /upholstery.
Pretty car. I'd like to see the tags on this one.

I think this is a 52 Kaiser dressed up to look like a 54. The gray instrument cluster (vs black for the 53 Kaisers and 54 early Specials) and the starter push button plug on the dash are two clues.

Clearly this car was put together, but an interesting ride
And it probably performs like a Kaiser would have, if it had had a V8
