51 Frazer door removal

Does anyone know the best tool (Phillips head device) to remove the hinge screws?
The biggest phillips I have is a #3 on an impact that you hit with a hammer.
Doesn't begin to breay the screws loose.

The upper hinge is bad requiring lifting the door to close it.  Need to replace (or repair) the hinge.

I got a set of really big Phillips head screws along with flat as a set of about six or so at Harbor Freight. I kroiled the hinges and screws very well and then used the large phillips head in an impact tool and was able to remove 3 out of 4 doors on my Vagabond parts car. I did break a couple of them (the large phillips heads that is), but that's what I found would work. There were little heads left on the remaining door to get the large phillips head in, so I just left it.

Your problem is solved but perhaps other readers will have the same problem.  I found that it is easy to drill the heads off the screws if they don't want to come out.  Once the heads are off and the hinge removed the screws are easily removed with a vise grip.
