At this time of the year the eastern 2/3 except for the southern states would be the place for them to pop up.  It's still too cold & potentially snowy (Buffalo NY had a few inches of new stuff over Easter weekend) for this part of America.

This is true. Also a lot of rare K.F. Auto's wound up in Oakland & Calif. area Special  orders by executives. Noted: In  The Last Onslaught .

Lot of All Vinyl Dragons , both Color combinations wound up on West Coast .
Some scattered around the Country...
